Step One : Free Consultation

Contact us to schedule a consultation.  This is a great opportunity for you to share your goals and expectations with us, while you learn about our training methodologies.

Step Two: Fundamental Training

For those of you who are new to CrossFit, you will start with 10 one-on-one fundamental training sessions. Your coach will introduce you to basic CrossFit movements, and prepare you to safely join group classes.

Step Three: Group Classes

Once you’re competent in the CrossFit movements you will be ready to begin group classes.  It is here that you will realize your full potential and truly understand the community, strength and spirit that is CFKSQ.
