1. Conditioning – “On The Brink”

Conditioning

On The Brink (8 Rounds for reps)

8 x :90 working set

Buy-in each set: 3 Suicides

Then, AMRAP

10 Double Unders

5 Burpees

Rest :90 between each set

Score is number of Dubs and Burpees each round
1 Suicide = 5m, back, 10m, back

Endurance

The 10AM Endurance class will be doing the same workout as the CrossFit classes. Enjoy!
