Gymnastics Conditioning

Performance: 4 sets of 10 unbroken Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups (mod with a number up to 10 you can do unbroken)

Fitness: 4 sets of 10 Chin-over-Bar Pull-ups (mod with a number up to 10 you can do unbroken) or 10 Barbell/Rig Pull-ups

Rest :30 between sets
