How long have you been a member here? 2 years
What made you want to join CrossFit int he first place? My brother was a coach and I wanted to experience it myself to try to get better at running.
What have you learned about yourself over the last 2 years since doing CrossFit? I feel like developed a good sense of technique and I’m continuously trying to improve in all areas.
How has CF helped you in your life outside the gym? It has helped me expand my friendships and helped me to develop better communication skills.
Favorite movement or workout? Anything barbell
Least favorite movement or workout? Running
What is your favorite CFKSQ memory? Being a part of the community as a whole and all of the events that we put on here at the gym.
What are your hobbies outside of CF? I like to take care of my pet fish, watch tv, and spend time with family.
