Working set:

5-5-5-5 (across)

Gymnastics

After warming up the shoulders, in an 8 minute EMOM:

On the minute –

– Walk 10m on your hands

– Complete 1 Box Walk around (alternate directions on the minute)

– Complete 10 shoulder taps or hand lifts

– Kick up to the wall and hold for up to :20

– Try kicking up to the wall
