What is your favorite CrossFit memory?

-During the CrossFit Open 2022, a husband was cheering on his wife to finish the workout so hard that it brought me to tears (which was tough because I was her judge!) I love the encouragement that this community cultivates!

 When you’re not in the gym, what do you like to do? 

-Take my dog for walks, watch documentaries and ponder life with my boyfriend.

What is your favorite CrossFit movement or lift?

-The Snatch

If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?


Spill! Why are you a CrossFit coach?

-I love helping people realize how much potential they have. Eating well and moving our bodies allows us to live a life that’s full of positive energy. Plus, it’s fun, and we all need to have more fun!
