This is a Squat Clean and a Split Jerk

Build up to a working set of :

(3 x 70%) x 3

Power Snatch

Build up to a working set of:

(3 x 60%) x 3

These are single reps; do not tough and go with these (although you likely will be able to)

Romanian Deadlift

Build up to a working set of:

(4 x 80%) x 3
