High Hang to Mid Thigh or Above. Full Squat Clean.

Reset after every rep (no touch and go).

Build up to a working set of:

(3 x 80%) x 5

Clean + Clean Extension

3 Cleans, then 3 Extensions per set.

Build up to a working set of:

(3+3 x 65%) x 3

Back Squat

Build up to a working set of:

(2 x 75%) x 5
