Build up to a working set of:

Clean and Jerk

Build up to a working set of:

(3 x 60%) x 3

This is a Squat Clean + Split Jerk

Although you might be able to do these touch and go, reset at the bottom for each rep

Front Squat

Build up to a working set of:

(3 x 80%) x 4
