Deck of Cards (Time)
With a standard deck of playing cards, the coach will draw one at a time. The next card won’t be drawn until everyone has finished the previous movement.
The number on the card is the number of reps of the movement completed with the exception of:
Face Cards = 11
Aces = 12
Joker = 15 Burpees
Suits determine the movement:
Hearts – Push-ups
Diamonds – Sit-ups
Clubs – Air Squats
Spades – Russian Kettlebell Swings (53/44)
