Building Overhead Squat doubles with increasing sets of Toes to Bar
Example:
OHS 45% x 2
2 Reps Unbroken Toes to Bar
OHS 55% x 2
4 Reps Unbroken Toes to Bar
OHS 65% x 2
6 Reps Unbroken Toes to Bar
…etc.
Overhead Squat
Conditioning
Inspector Gadget (5 Rounds for reps)
5 x 2 min working set
10 Overhead Squats
10 Box Jumps
10 Toes to Bar
With remaining time, complete as many double unders as possible.
Rest 2 minutes between each set
Alpha: Overhead Squat 95/65
Bravo: Overhead Squat 75/55
Charlie: Front Squat 75/55; Box 20/12+
