Social Media Coordinator
Qualifications:
-
Proficient with Instagram and Facebook (creating posts, reels, videos, stories, etc)

Proficient in writing/grammar
-
Cognitive ability to analyze data/metrics and apply them appropriately
-
Displays proficiency in creating fun, appropriate content
-
History of appropriate and relevant social media use on personal platforms
-
Experience using Canva (preferred)
-
Member of CFKSQ (preferred)
Job Requirements:
-
Create content using Canva Pro (or other marketing platforms), Instagram reels, and other digital methods to announce and promote events, inspire athletes/potential members, highlight athletes/coaches, and draw in new business

Manage Facebook and Instagram pages in all capacities

Manage the Facebook CFKSQ Members Group

Analyze data and metrics provided by Instagram and Facebook to determine best practices with posting, engagement, and marketing strategies

Actively research trends (new features, language, etc.) in an attempt to retain the current audience while also attracting new followers
-
Create content for and manage the distribution of the monthly Newsletter in Mailchimp
-
Report data to the department head on a bi-weekly basis
-
Display willingness to accept and apply performance feedback
Position Layout/Compensation:

This position will report to the department head

Must work 7-10 hours each week

Compensation will start at $15/hr and is dependent on experience level
