"The Program Absolutely Works!"

Truth be told, I was less than enthusiastic about signing on to the nutrition program with Jared.  Logging everything I ate seemed tedious and unsustainable. But, I was feeling extremely frustrated by a lack of physical results, despite working out 5 days a week and eating healthy. I had just about resigned myself to the fact that at 48 years old and after 3 kids, that body was the body I was stuck with.  Then came quarantine which meant I would be home, all the time, with a food scale and no excuses. I am not going to say logging my food wasn’t a difficult adjustment at first. It was. But logging became less of a nuisance when I saw that after about 3 weeks, my body started to change. I was not losing weight. That was not my goal. But just like Jared told me it would during our first conversation, my body composition was changing.  From that point on, I could see the changes in my body from week to week.  I wasn’t hungry and I was feeling stronger and more energetic during my workouts.  The program absolutely works.  From this process I have learned to make smarter choices regarding how I am fueling my body and that is going to impact my health for the rest of my life.
