Warm-up into a working set of:

(2 x 90%) x 3

Halting Clean Deadlift

The halting clean deadlift is a pull variation that stops short of full extension at the top to strengthen and reinforce the position of the lifter over the bar during the pull of the clean.
Warm-up to a working set of:

(2x 80% of Squat Clean) x 4

Clean and Jerk

Warm-up into a working set of:

(3 x 70%) x 3
