Power Snatch + Snatch Extension

The Snatch Extension includes knee lockout, butt squeeze, and shoulder shrug. No high pull.
Build up to a working set of:

(2 x 85%) x 4

Hang Power Snatch + Overhead Squat

Build up to a working set of:

(3 x 60%) x 4

Feet-Together Clean

Start at the bottom with feet together, catch in a full squat
Build up to a working set of:

(2 x 85%) x 3
