What is your favorite CrossFit memory? –Two favorite memories: My first day of Fundamentals back in 2016 – witnessing a FOR TIME workout and watching the class cheer on the last athlete. Legit brought tears to my eyes and I was hooked. Also, all of the CFKSQ competitions – the energy and the community and the love for each other, again – got me hooked!
When you’re not in the gym, what do you like to do? -Spend time with Mark and my girls: Marley, Avery and Lucy. Also spend time with my Mom + sisters + family/friends down at the Jersey shore!
What is your favorite CrossFit movement or lift? -Pull-ups or Box Jumps
If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be? -Pizza
Spill! Why are you a CrossFit coach? -I coach CrossFit because of the community of people who have helped me grow, both physically and mentally, and I want to be able to do the same for them. And also, for my girls – so they can see that you can exceed your wildest expectations with hard work, dedication, patience, persistence and trusting you are more than enough! Love this community and love my sweet (growing up too fast on me) girls!
