Embark on a journey of tranquility and strength with our Yoga and Core classes in Kennett Square, PA. Immerse yourself in a harmonious blend of mind, body, and soul, guided by experienced instructors dedicated to your well-being.


Details of our Yoga / Core class offerings:

  • (R) Restorative Yoga:  This class slows everything down. Athletes use props to support poses, which are held for 1-3 minutes each. This style promotes deep rest and relaxation as well as increases mobility and flexibility. It is great for recovery from intense workouts and injury prevention.
  • (P) Power Vinyasa Yoga:  This class is very active. Athletes move from pose to pose only holding each for 30-60 seconds. This style feels more like a "workout" and special emphasis is placed on core strengthening movements. This style is great for an "active recovery" day.
  • (M) Mobility/Stretching: This class is a mix between deep tissue work and stretching. The first half of class athletes warm up with myofascial release work with foam rollers, lacrosse balls, etc. The second half of class stretches those areas, promoting increased circulation and working out the knots commonly found in the neck, shoulders, and back.
  • Core: Our specialized Core training classes in Kennett Square, PA target more than your entire core to improve your stability, agility, and flexibility in life and in your fitness routine. At the end of the hour, your abs will be singing your praises.
