What is your favorite CrossFit memory?
-Sun’s Out Guns Out is always a good time!
When you’re not in the gym, what do you like to do?
-I like to spend time with my family doing outdoor activities like skiing, or just hanging out and listening to music with a fire going and a pot of Sunday sauce on the stove. I also love to watch my two boys wrestle (and my husband coach them!).
What is your favorite CrossFit movement or lift?
-Handstand push-ups and other bodyweight gymnastics.
If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
-Pizza, hands down!
Spill! Why are you a CrossFit coach?
–I want to help others experience the growth and strength that comes from getting outside of your comfort zone, challenging yourself, and being consistent. I love to see someone achieve something they didn’t think they could – lift a little heavier, get a “first,” try a different modification, finish a tough workout, show up three days a week – and leave the gym feeling better than they did when they walked in.
