What is your favorite CrossFit memory?

-Watching an athlete get their first pull up or muscle up!

 When you’re not in the gym, what do you like to do? 

-Cook, then eat!

What is your favorite CrossFit movement or lift?

-Any gymnastic movement and the snatch.

If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?

-A big ole rib-eye steak with butter or chimichurri on top!

Spill! Why are you a CrossFit coach?

-Hopefully I can be an example to older athletes that age is but a number and to the younger kids to maximize their athletic potential.
