When you’re not in the gym, what do you like to do? -Cook, then eat!
What is your favorite CrossFit movement or lift? -Any gymnastic movement and the snatch.
If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be? -A big ole rib-eye steak with butter or chimichurri on top!
