What is your favorite CrossFit memory?
PR’ing my snatch at 165. It was after a 2 mile run and I had no intentions of doing it. Times like that show the hard work, even if it’s not specifically for that goal, pays off.
When you’re not in the gym, what do you like to do?
I love to bake and tend to my flowers/landscape, which sounds incredibly domestic now that I’m writing it out.
What is your favorite CrossFit movement or lift?
Full snatch.
If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Chocolate chip cookies!
