What is your favorite CrossFit memory? -When I got to coach Nolan, Caitlin, and John doing a group WOD (proud mom moment).
When you’re not in the gym, what do you like to do? -Anything with my family…. traveling, hiking, watching sports/movies.
What is your favorite CrossFit movement or lift? -Overhead squats because they remind me how far I’ve come at CrossFit.
If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be? -Warm chocolate chip cookies.
