What is your favorite CrossFit memory?

So many to choose from, but the excitement every time I get a ‘first’ is just hard to top!  

 

When you’re not in the gym, what do you like to do? 

I love being active with my kids, traveling and organizing!

 

What is your favorite CrossFit movement or lift?

Favorite list is deadlift (push press close second). Favorite movement might be T2B.

 

If you could only eat one food for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Pizza!

 

Spill! Why are you a CrossFit coach?

I love the people, but specifically, I love the dedication and drive of athletes within CrossFit. Seeing people feel stronger and better and change their idea of what fit ‘looks’ like, keeps me coming back for more and more!
