Last week’s #workoutoftheweek
is one that may not have a lot of pizzazz on paper, but after finishing the first round, we realized there was a long road ahead.

We can never underestimate any kind of carry; one of the most functional movements that translates to our everyday lives. Walking with the weight on our shoulders was an upper body and core attack, and we’re all fitter for it today!
