The familiarity of this repeat WOD had us feeling initial comfort, but that feeling quickly went out the door when we felt the discomfort created from this movement combination! 📦
In 2017, we had never once done a dumbbell snatch before 17.1. This workout proved what we say all the time; CrossFit never gets any easier, you just get better, faster, and stronger.
