Last week’s #workoutoftheweek
was one of those deceptive, sneaky, pure conditioning little numbers.

While the score of the WOD was “meters rowed,” it would have been a mistake for the athlete to try to sprint any of those minutes for max meters. The key to this workout was to find a pace you could hang on to from a pure endurance standpoint. Each row required some discomfort, but with the pace staring you in the face, you had to stay consistent!
