“Day Tripper”

Last week’s #workoutoftheweek had us a little fooled by the looks of it. A mostly body weight endurance workout? No problem! 😅
After round 1, we knew we were in for a ride (literally) with those bike calories in the middle.

The pacing was key as the rest was minimal. We got through it with a cool headspace and some friends to cheer us on! 😎
